Do you provide phone support?
The telephone is supposed to be used to provide general information about our services or to report a service failure or outages. What is the minimal subscription period?
Minimum subscription period is 3 months. You can subscribe for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
When you subscribe for 12 months period you get 2 months free for the first 12 months for VIP membership. This is not applicable for Basic membership or any extras.
Can I change the subscription period anytime?
Sure, you can change your subscription period anytime. If you like to, just contact our Support Team.
What currencies can I pay?
Currently, we are support currencies EUR, USD, GBP, CZK and PLN.
How can I pay for a subscription?
There are several ways how to pay for your subscription:
- Bank transfer (SEPA ONLY): We have a bank account in EUR, GBP, CZK, PLN and USD currencies. Default invoice currency is EUR, if you like to change the currency, contact our Support Team.
- PayPal: you can pay online with PayPal. You can transfer money from your PayPal account or with your credit/debit card with PayPal.
- PayPal Subscription: you can set up an automatic PayPal subscription. Your membership will be renewed automatically before expiration.

Can I upgrade my membership from Basic to VIP?
Sure, upgrade from Basic to VIP membership is possible anytime. You only need to contact our Support Team.
